Tombstones
MATERIALS:
sheet of 2" thick styrafoam
syrated knife (has teeth on the sides)
spraypaint in grey, black, & red. (more grey is need)
wooden stakes, or bamboo sticks.
DIRECTIONS:
1. take the styrafoam, and using the syrated knife, cut out unequal rectangles. A good touch is to make a cross, or another 'alternative' shape of tombstone.
2. in a well ventilated area, cover ground with newspaper or plastic bags. lay the styrofoam shapes out, and spray each with a light, uneven layer of grey spraypaint. To much will eat away at the styrafoam.
TIP: sometimes you can spray more onto the tombstone, because it makes it look old and weathered.
3. spray black on over the grey, uneven and VERY LIGHT. this will make the tombstone look old and weathered. you can also do this with red, because it looks like blood.
4. repeat with sides and backs.
5. With a thick, sharpy marker, write sayings and names of famous people and villians. below is a list of such names.
NAMES:
Freddy Krueger
Jason
Fester N. Rot
Frank N. stein
Yule B. NExt
Do not open 'till October 3lst.
And so on and so forth.
6.take a wooden stake, and push it into the styrafoam. if you think the stake will not hold, you can take it out, put hot glue on it, and re-insert it.
